Stephen has 25+ years of specialty manufacturing experience, primarily guiding companies in the active and passive electronics components and consumer products industries through strategic and growth initiatives in a variety of roles including Group Vice President, CFO, COO and Chief of Staff.  His operational involvement includes numerous successful exit transactions.

Most recently, following the sale of Winchester Interconnect Corp. to Aptiv PLC (NYSE:APTV), Stephen served as Vice President of Business Development for Winchester, directing inorganic growth strategies and completing several add-on acquisitions.

Prior to his role at Aptiv, Stephen was Group Vice President and Group General Manager for Winchester’s RF and microwave connectors and hermetics divisions, overseeing multinational operations and the integration of six acquisitions.  In this role, his responsibilities included the design, development, production and financial administration of electronic products.

Previously Stephen was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Barrie House Coffee, a national specialty coffee roaster and distributor of private label and branded consumer products.  He began his career as a mergers and acquisitions investment banker at Robertson Stephens & Co. and BancBoston Securities.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University with a concentration in Finance and International Business and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School having completed HBS’s Advanced Management Program.
